They joined us to sing a few songs for the official opening of the Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy Centre in Jesmond. The centre is the Graham Wylie Foundation's first major project, bringing music therapy to the North East and helping educate and inspire young people.

A MESSAGE FROM SIR GRAHAM

From The Founder
“I was brought up in the North East. It’s where I set up business, it’s where I live and it’s where I’m bringing up my own children. I have been very lucky in life and whilst I’ve been heavily involved in the past raising money for, and donating to, charities across the region, the aim of my Foundation is to create a new way of giving, which will benefit children in our region for generation after generation after generation.
We will be inviting grant applications from groups, organisations and charities from across the whole of the North East for projects which will benefit youngsters for years to come. Projects and causes to be funded could include medical equipment, new buildings, support workers, sporting and youth groups. I have decided to meet all the overheads and running costs personally so every penny donated will go directly to good causes. I hope you will all support me in this new venture and think of fun ways you can help raise funds to donate to help the children of our region.”
